Use clean and green energy

 What is renewable energy and NON renewable energy

The energy that most people use ir NON renewable energy.This is also called fossil fuels we get these by digging up old animals and foosils to create fuels that work on  cars ,planes and trains they get powered up by power stations.This is bad for the climate as

• damage animal habitats
• cause global warming
• damage plants habitats

10% people only use renewable energy this is bad as solar panels are better and are more effiecent.As well as decreasing pollution it  has a reliable source of power AND  genertes energy on a smaller scale.
WE need to help ,as the River Thames has the one of the highest amounts of plastic in the in the world and  it has the highest amount of microplastics for ANY river in the world.we should also help as polar bears could be wiped out in the next 80  years.
INSTEAD OF USING FOSSIL FUELS YOU COULD USE WIND,SOLAR OR HYDRO ENERGY!!!

Solar Powered Energy:
This is when  energy gets its power from the sun and the energy is converted into electricity instead of you using fossil fuels.This energy takes the heat from the sun's rays as they hit the Earth.Solar cells use sunligight to make electricity.It is more efficent and helps try to stop Global Warming

Wind powered energy:
This energy uses the wind from our Earth and causes less pollution.This energy is created by wind turbines and wind farms.A wind turbine is the opposite of a fan as instead of using electricity for the fan the turbine MAKES the energy.If there is no wind the enrgy will not work.

Hydro powered energy:
This is an energy made from MOVING water.It gets more energy if flowing from a biggger river ,if the energy is using a smaller river then there is less energy.The energy usally uses big dams or streams.Places like Noraway get their electricity from this.I think this is a good idea!

I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE GOT AN IDEA OF WHAT RENEWABLE ENERGY AND NON RENEWABLE ENERGY IS TOO!!
